Please Note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available for Sunday delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
For shipments to HI, AK and PR select 2 Day Air shipping since there is no Ground service available in these states. All shipping days are business days and do not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping and Title:
The purchaser pays freight and shipping. JCBattery.com will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to you when JCBattery.com delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising JCBattery.com of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are based on product weight, shipping location and method. To check shipping cost on an item, click on "Check Out " button on the product page. Fill in your shipping address and click "Continue". You will find the Shipping Calculator below the price of each item on the Shopping Cart page. You can choose your prefered shipping method and cost.

What is your Return Policy?

JCBattery.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to JCBattery.com on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by JCBattery.com.

Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at JCBattery.coms discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by The JC Battery Company. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up $10.00.

JCBattery.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box AND packing it arrived in, notify JCBattery.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to JCBattery.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at JCBattery.coms discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by JCBattery.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at JCBattery.coms discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

BATTERY WARRANTY We offer a 1-year warranty on all of batteries and accessories. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. Batteries and accessories can be return to our address. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.
